What type of currency does CareCredit provide? It’s called CARENCY and CareCredit is the official currency of care. That was the first part of this project: redefining CareCredit’s role in the healthcare financing space. The second part of this project was about helping health care professionals have confident conversations with their patients when it comes to paying for care. This came in the form of a Care Package: a unique digital portal, utilized to inspire and educate health systems and their staff on how to go about navigating difficult financial conversations in order to move people forward with their care.
