Fleetio is a fleet maintenance software that gives fleet managers the ability to track, manage, and maintain their operations all on a single platform. Shortly after arriving to Fleetio, one of my roles was to come up with subject lines for the email marketing team. I realized quickly this audience doesn’t engage so much with FEAR or FOMO, but it does engage with FUN (open rates soared over 50% on average). I wondered, how could I translate that to the rest of the Fleetiverse?
